How to download and install Join Me

PC Software

1. DO NOT have your device connected during the software install.
2. If you have a previous Join Me version installed please UNINSTALL first.
3. CLICK on the JoinMe.exe link above
   
4. When the Download window appears asking "Do you want to run or save file?", CLICK run
   
5. If a Security Warning advising the publisher could not be verified CLICK run

MAC Software

1. CLICK on the MAC JoinMe.zip link above
   
2. Follow the prompts to install

Important Notes:

1. The PC Software supports Windows 7, Vista, XP (SP2 & SP3)
   
2. MAC JoinMe supports MAC OS 10.5 or above (only supports internet connection)
3. Please remember to back up all your data (see your User Guide) as replacing Join Me
   will delete all Phonebook and Messages content stored locally on your PC.
